Is there an extra charge for a wheelchair accessible taxi?▼
No. We charge the same fare for wheelchair accessible journeys as we do for any standard taxi or airport transfer of the same distance. Drivers will assist with boarding, securing the wheelchair and stowing any extra equipment at no additional cost.
Can a wheelchair accessible taxi take me to the airport?▼
Yes. We provide fixed-price wheelchair accessible airport transfers from Hertfordshire to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City. Flight monitoring and meet-and-greet are included so a delayed flight or extra boarding time is never a problem.
